Kevin, Amanda and Scott,
My sincere sympathy to you.
For many years Kim taught new case managers the skill of assessment of clients' needs. She practiced this knowledge herself always being concerned about what was best for those she served. She excelled at advocating for those whose needs were not being met, finding ways to assist them. You should be so proud of all she accomplished in her career. I am saddened for your loss and the loss of a great friend to those who work at the CCAC. We will all miss Kim. May God give you peace during this difficult time.

Kim was the expert at intake at the CCAC for many years. She taught all new case managers the skill of assessment while practicing her gift in this area with new clients to the program. You should be so proud of what she accomplished in her career! We will all miss Kim. She was a case manager who always put her clients first and advocated for them. She always was the first to be there for co-workers who were going through challenges. She was a role model for us all. My sincerest sympathy during this difficult time.

Hi Amanda and family, my most heartfelt sympathy, Kim was such a great lady she helped me so much when I started this job with CCAC, she was never too busy to lead a hand to anyone who needed it. At work the client was the most important thing and she did everything in her power to make sure that their needs were met true home care champion, big hugs to all.

I started at home care just after Kim and we worked together for the past 25 years! She was the glue in the organization, always giving thoughtful advice and a good listening ear. I valued and relied on her opinion when I was union president and she was always right! I can't imagine your loss. I hope it helps to know we share it and will miss her a great deal. Cherish the memories, they do help get you through the dark days.
My deepest sympathy to you all. Sue McSheffrey

Sorry to hear of Kim's passing. She was a friend to many and a co-worker I will always remember. She was my rock during my last years at CCAC. I did not realize she was a few years my junior but was very compassionate and understanding when I needed not just a co-worker but a friend. Rest in Peace! Joan

Kevin, Amanda and Scott - I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Kim's passing. She was such a wonderful person with a kind, calm and generous heart. She was a real leader at CCAC and left a lasting impression for those of us who worked with her. She mentored me as a brand new Care Coordinator in 1995 and I had the pleasure of working directly with her from 1995 - 1999. Fortunately, with the amalgamation of the CCAC's our paths crossed again many years later. She left us far too soon. She will not be forgotten.
