Dear Teresa and family,
I am so sorry that Joe passed so young with so much to give. He impressed me as a kind, quiet person with a wonderful sense of humour. I am grateful to have seen him last summer when we shared a bite to eat and a lot of laughs. I wish to send my deepest sympathy to you all and I hope you can find the strength to carry yourselves over the next little while.

Dear Teresa & family,
I am so saddened by the news of Joe's passing. Joe was the reason my mom (Anne) was able to stay in the cottage for those 2.5 years after Chuck died. Joe did so much for mom including snowplowing the driveway, fixing lawnmowers, removing the mice from the traps...you name it, Joe was just a phone call away. This gave my sister and I such comfort as we were so far away. Thinking of you...what a loss. Loved our day ice fishing last winter. oxo

Our sympathies to you both and to the Howard and Cunningham familes.
We hold Joey very close to our heart. He will be missed by all of us. He helped us all in one way or another, looking for "kittykat" parts, fixing my favorite tiller, keeping an ear to the ground in case one of the lads was looking for something, and more recently helping get the trailer up on the rock just like a pro. These are just a few of the many memories we will cherish. The countless things that he has given us through the years, just because he wanted to. He was a good man - we were very fortunate to have known him. He fought the fight right to the end and made it so easy for us to feel comfortable talking to him about how he was feeling. Rest in peace, Joey .... we love you.
