Mrs. Montgomery was my very first babysitter (of course, I was too little to remember that!). I do remember many great days going to visit Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery. A great couple. They were awesome people. I am sorry for your loss.

I have such great memories of this special lady. She was our first neighbor and landlady when we were married and lived in the house nest door to Evelyn and Bert. She was my first babysitter for my oldest son, Danny. Bert you have had a wonderful life with such a special partner. May the Lord bless your family through this time of loss. We are away this weekend so cannot attend the service. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you. love, Jean & Dan Bird

So sad to hear of the loss of a very special lady! It has been more than 40 years but my memory of her and Bert (we rented a home from them) were of two of the kindest people I have ever met. I know she will have a place in heaven. Warm thoughts go to Bert and the family at this time.

Every thought is a warm one and each memory is cherished. Bert and Evelyn are two of my hero's. And while her passing is rough on those of us left behind...she gets to hug Jesus! How awesome is that?! Her love and kindness will never be forgotten and I'm so grateful that God shared her with us. She has made my life better and her example helped lead me to a God of grace and mercy. For that...I'm eternally grateful! My love and prayers are with family. Andrew

Dear Bert, Faye, and Dawna,

Memories are flooding my mind today. One such memory is Evelyn's love for music which she instilled in me. I am forever grateful for her encouragement and support as my musical abilities began to develop at a young age. She is and always will be a part of my musical heritage. Love and prayers, Christopher.
