Of Cobden, passed away peacefully in the presence of his family, in the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Thursday June 9, 2016 in his 72nd year. David Simmons beloved husband of Suzanne Simmons nee Schrie. Dear father of Matthew, Joshua and Aaron Simmons, and son in law of Marjorie Schrie.   Also survived by 3 sisters  Judy (Don Schauer), Joan (Keith Sparling) and Debbie (Rick Wilhelm) and 1 sister-in-law Kathy (Daryl Faught)  Predeceased by his parents Rev. Allan and Pearl Simmons and brother Byron (Susan) Simmons. Friends may call at the Fraser – Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, Sunday June 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.  Monday from 9:30 until 10:30am. Service in Cobden Pentecostal Church Monday at 11am. Interment Cobden Union Cemetery. Donations to Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
