It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Roy Church of Haley Station, on Wednesday October 9, 2024 in his 66th year. Roy Church beloved husband of Liz Church nee Johnston. Dear father of Benjamin (Jo) Church and Shane (Shannon) Church. Loving Poppa to Briar, Ben, Zach and Odin.  Also survived by Mother-in-law Doreen Johnston (late Allan), siblings Marlene Wade, Kathy Rathwell, Ron Church, Jim Church, Lynn Church and sisters-in-law Donna (Dan O’Brien), Louisa (Hugh O’Brien), Linda (Don Badham), Joanne (Scott Armstrong) and brother-in-law Derek (Shawna) Johnston, and will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews   Predeceased by his parents Robert and Geraldine Church, sisters Roberta and Dawn Church, sister-in-law Sue Church and brothers-in-law Felix Rathwell, Billy Johnston.  Friends / Family may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, Monday October 14, 2024 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Service in the Cobden Ag. Hall on Tuesday at 11am. Interment Haley Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy donations to Quick Start Autism would be appreciated.
