It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorna Stevenson of Beachburg who passed away peacefully in Riverview Heights, Pembroke, on Thursday June 24, 2021 in her 86th year. Lorna Stevenson nee Cotnam beloved wife of the late Eric Stevenson.  Loving mother of Lisa (Michael Bradbury) and Mark (Lois) Stevenson. Special grandmother to Colin (Kristin Wilson) Bradbury, Devon Bradbury. Jimmy Stevenson, Will Stevenson, Katie Stevenson, and two special great-grandsons Nash and Brooks Bradbury. Also survived by a brother Kenny (Darlene) Cotnam, sister-in-law Marion ( late Ernie Kinslow ).  Predeceased by a grandson Nicholas Bradbury. Time spent with family and friends at the cottage on the Ottawa River was one of Lorna’s greatest joys. Another love was music having served for many years as Organist of St. Andrews United Church Beachburg. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday July 3, 2021 in Beachburg Union Cemetery at 3pm.  As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrews Memorial Fund or Alzheimer  Society would be appreciated.
