Julia Teresa Moore

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother Teresa (Sullivan) Moore, peacefully with her children by her side at Caressant Care Cobden, on Sunday May 3,2026  in  99th  year. She will be dearly missed by her children, Sharon (Don) Faught, Bonnie, (Bruce ) Gribbon, Terry (Lynne) Moore, Nancy Wood, Kevin (Joyce) Moore, Rob (Gretchen) Moore. Also survived by 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Geraldine (Sullivan) Groulx, several nieces and nephews Predeceased by her parents Frank and Julia (Maney) Sullivan, husband Harry Moore, daughters Gail (Steve) Tait, Colleen Moore, son-in-law Steve Wood and granddaughter Jordana, several brothers, sisters and in-laws. The family appreciated the excellent care, compassion and kindness received at Caressant Care Cobden. As mom would say “LOVE YOU ALL”.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Catholic Church Cobden on Saturday May 9, 2026 at 11am. A Celebration of Life will follow interment at
Cobden Agricultural Hall @1230. As expression of sympathy donations may be made to charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to the Fraser-Morris & Heubner Funeral Home Cobden.
