ELIZABETH ( Betty ) McBRIDE  R.N.

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Betty McBride of Cobden, who passed away peacefully in Caressant Care Nursing Home Cobden on Thursday March 9, 2023 at the age of  89 years. Betty McBride nee Howard beloved wife of the late James McBride and by first marriage to the late Emery Gutz.  Survived by a grandson Bradley Gutz, brother Dave (Edna) Howard, sister-in-law Marjorie Howard,  and brother-in-law Charles Scheideman and several nieces, nephews.  Predeceased by her son Richard Gutz, sister Patsy Scheideman and brothers John (late Norma) Howard and Jim Howard.  Friends may call at the Fraser – Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, on Monday March 20, 2023 from 10 am until  11:30 am Thence to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Cobden for service at 12 noon.   Spring interment Cobden Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrews Memorial Fund would be appreciated.  The Family would like to extend a special thank you to Caressant Care Cobden for their excellent care of Betty these last few years.
