It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Elaine Smith of Cobden, in the Pembroke Regional Hospital, on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at the age of 75 years. Elaine Smith was the beloved daughter of the late Eldon and Aida Smith nee Drynan.  She is survived by Cathy Smith (Rob), Terry Smith (Theresa), Charlene Wasylnuk, Glenn Nixon (Judy), Sharon Whyte (Clifford) and her god daughter Julie as well as many cousins and friends. A private graveside funeral service was held in Cobden Union Cemetery, on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10am. Arrangements entrusted to Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home, Cobden.
