EDWARD JOSEPH BURACZEWSKI 

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Edward Buraczewski of Cobden and formerly of Haley Station, who passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital, on Saturday August 26th, 2023, in his 85th year. Edward Buraczewski beloved husband of Leona Buraczewski nee Stoppa. Dearly loved father of Norman Buraczewski, Judy (Robert Regier) and Joanne (Bernie Mahusky). Much loved by six grandchildren Amber (Brent), Lucas (Lauren), Ryan (Aleksandra), Caleb (Brianna), Holly (Ken), Victoria, 12 great-grandchildren Briar, Braxton, Broderick, Benjamin, Emma, Daphne, Cecilia, Thomas, Theodore, Amelia, Flora and another on the way.  Deeply missed by Lorraine Palmer, Stanley (Sally) Stoppa, Joan (Jack) Hilder, Gerard (Clare) Stoppa, Robert (Gisele) Stoppa. Predeceased by Ross Palmer, Florence Stoppa, Anne Dearsley, Monica Dale and Raymond Stoppa. Edward will be fondly remembered by many family and friends. Visitation services at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home in Cobden on Tuesday August 29th, 2023, from 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will Celebrated in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Cobden on Wednesday August 30th, 2023, at 11 am. Interment St. Pius Cemetery in Osceola.
