Catherine (Cathy) Marie Spirak
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathy Spirak (née Smithers) of Foresters Falls, formerly of Ottawa, on Sunday May 8th, 2022 at the age of 55. She was the beloved daughter of Fred and Joan Smithers, dear mother of Nick Graham, Rowan Spirak and Hayden Spirak, loving sister of David Smithers (Trina Ryan), and best friend to her special furry companion Askhim. Friends may visit the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home in Cobden on Sunday May 15th, 2022 at 11:00AM followed by the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00PM. The interment will be held at the Cobden Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
