It is with sadness we announce the passing of Bernard Cashubec of Cobden, and formerly of Sudbury who passed away peacefully in Hospice Renfrew, with his loving family at his side on Sunday February 23, 2020 in his 90th year. Bernard Cashubec beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Cashubec nee Etmanskie. Dear father of  Patricia Noland (Mike Dombroskie),  Donna (Armand Belanger),  James, Cathy Cashubec, Brenda (Ron Hawco). Also survived by 5 grandchildren Tyler, Vanessa (Jeffery), Tanya (Steven), Victoria (Joshua), Paige, 3 great-grandchildren Hudson, Kingston, Hannah, with the ( 4th great-grandchild  on the way )  2 sisters Theresa Beaulieau, Joan Stashick and 1 brother Leo (Betty) Cashubec.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Pius V Roman Catholic Church Osceola, Thursday February 27, 2020 at 2pm.   Spring Interment  St. Pius V Roman Catholic Cemetery Osceola. As expressions of sympathy donations  to Hospice Renfrew would be appreciated.
