It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of  Barbara Sparling of Mink Lake who passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday February 3, 2023 at the age of 79 years, surrounded by family. Barbara Sparling nee Gutz  is survived by beloved husband, Harry Sparling, children Shawn (Vicki) Sparling, Sherri (Tracey) Sparling, Richard (Jen) Sparling and 6 grandchildren Connor, Matthew, Lauren, Tyler, Justin, Summer. Also survived by a sister Daphne Barron (late Ted), brother Murray Gutz and brother-in-law Keith (Joan) Sparling.   Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden on Friday February 10, 2023 from 1pm until 3pm, followed by service in the chapel at 3:30pm. A Celebration of life will be held at the Cobden Curling Club beginning at 4:30pm. Spring interment Howard Cemetery Foresters Falls Ontario.  As expressions of sympathy donations to the Cobden and District Food Bank are welcomed.
