It is with sadness we announce the passing of Murray Burwell in Groves Park Lodge Renfrew, on Sunday July 22, 2018 in his 89th year. Murray Burwell of Renfrew, and formerly of the Barr Line beloved husband of Marie Burwell nee North – Henderson. Dear father of Douglas Burwell, Brian (Margaret) Burwell and Ann Blimkie. Also survived by 3 grandchildren Jessica (Andrew Lang), Christopher (Katie) Bromley, Emily Bromley, 2 great-grandchildren Baeden, Parker, 2 brothers Arnold (Vera) Burwell, Willis (late Margaret) Burwell. Predeceased by 2 daughters Sharon – Lynn and Kathryn (Stuart Bromley). Friends may call at the Fraser – Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden Sunday July 29, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Cobden Agricultural Hall on Monday at 11am. Interment Cobden Union Cemetery. Donations to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation or Groves Park Lodge would be greatly appreciated.
