HAWTHORNE  RETA  CATHERINE 

Of  Beachburg,  passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday September 25, 2016 in her 83rd year. Reta Hawthorne nee Bennett beloved wife of the late Percy Hawthorne.Dear mother of, Linda Hawthorne, Diana (Ken Hutt), Sheila (Eric Broome), Dale Boal (Ron Bruce) and Neil (Connie) Hawthorne. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren 4 sisters Helen (Andrew Vanderhorn), Christine Dorschner, Joan (David Reid), Mary Crozier and 2 brothers Darwin (Josephine) Bennett, Jim (Myrna) Bennett and 3 sisters in law Evelyn (Emmett Stephens), Velma Hawthorne and Elaine Hawthorne. Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, Tuesday September 27, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9pm. Service in St. Andrews  United Church Beachburg Wednesday at 11am. Interment Beachburg Union Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrews Memorial Fund or Beachburg Union Cemetery would be appreciated.
