Of  Micksburg,  passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family on Thursday October 13, 2016 in his 76th year. Ray Steege beloved husband of Marilyn Steege nee Mick.  Dear father of  Laurie Graham (Terry), Rae Ann (Myles Woito), Bradley (Lynda) Steege.  Also survived by 6 grandchildren Kaylie Summers (Brian) Joran Graham (Brittany), Jenna Woito (Steve), Kirsten Woito (Ben), Jared Steege (Mya), Jacob Steege and 3 great-grandchildren Tristan, Thea and Talia Summers, 5 sisters Pauline (Charlie Wilson), Waverly (Don Hamilton), Gail (Stanley Bucholtz), Elizabeth (Maurice Demers), Alice (late Clarence Graveline) and 1 brother Grant (Heather) Steege, 2 sisters-in-law Patsy (Ken Bettes), Judy Mick, 2 brothers-in-law Winston (Sandra) Mick, Henry (Liz) Mick. and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother-in-law Wayne (Marion) Mick,   Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, Tuesday October 18, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9pm.  Service in St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church Pembroke Wednesday at 11am.  Interment Micksburg United Church Cemetery Micksburg.  Donations to St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church or the Micksburg Ball Park would be appreciated.
