HEUBNER  LEONARD  GARNET 1925 - 2014

Pembroke Ontario,  passed away peacefully in the Pembroke Regional Hospital with his family by his side on Wednesday December 24, 2014 at the age of 89. Leonard Heubner Loving husband of Elinor Anna Heubner nee Mau. Devoted father of  Karen Condly and Sandra (Paul Godin). Len adored his grandchildren, Andrew (Brenda) Condly, Stephen Condly, Timothy (Nina) Condly, Daniel Godin, Natalie (Kevin Cox), Michael (Amanda) Godin and great-grandfather of Paige, Brianna, Cole, Megan, Cameron, Adam, Dylan and great-great grandfather of Jackson. Also survived by 1 sister Bernice (Cecil Kranz) and 1 sister in law Irmgard Mau.   Predeceased by a son Keith 1949 – 1963 his parents Herb and Pauline Heubner nee Prange, brothers Edwin, ,Edgar (Buddy), Harry and sisters Erva Daber and Esther Gorr.  Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden Sunday December 28, 2014 from 1 – 4pm. Service in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Monday at 11am. Spring interment. Len’s family wishes to thank Dr.’s Baxter, Murray,  Laliberte and especially his nurses of 2nd floor, who cared so very well for him over the past month.
