Of Cobden, passed away peacefully at her residence in Cobden with her loving family at her side on Friday May 8, 2015 in her 69th year. Joann McKee nee McCormack, beloved spouse of Peter de Ruiter and by first marriage to the late Gerry McKee. Dear mother of Stephen (Cherie Godin) and Patty ( Gary Borutski).  Also survived by 5 grandchildren  Jordan, Alyssa, Shawn, Elizabeth , Cole  1 sister Susan (Peter Geoffrion), 3 brothers Peter, Michael,  Butch McCormack and 2 brother in laws Dave (Pam) McKee, Michael (Madelyn) Mckee. Predeceased by a brother in law Tony McKee. Friends may call at the Fraser – Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden, Wednesday May 13, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.  Liturgy of the word will be celebrated in St Pius V  Roman Catholic Church Osceola, Thursday at 11am.  Interment St. Pius V Cemetery Osceola. Donations to ALS Society of Canada or Champlain Community Home Care would be appreciated.
