Brenda and family,
I am very sorry and shocked to hear of the passing of Felix. He was a very good friend of mine in college. Between classes I would bring him home with me for lunch. My family and friends were quite fond of Felix. He was remarkable man and was always happy and enjoying life.
I remember your wedding like it was yesterday. Felix was so happy that day and Brenda you sure seemed like you were going to be a fine bride.
Over the years I found I didn’t get out your way and while I thought Felix had my telephone number I guess we drifted apart and hadn’t seen each other or heard from each other in a while.
The other day I retrieved my old Grumman canoe from storage and shined it up like new. It reminded me of the awesome times Felix and I had fishing together.
Felix was always good with his money and landed a great job. I was hoping that once we both raised our families we would have a chance to get out to go fishing, have a beer or go to a Senators game.
Tonight I tried to search for Felix’s phone number to give him a call and catch up, but instead I saw this.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing and very disappointed that I hadn’t reached out earlier.
